No return or cancellation is possible once the order is made.
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. We will only accept the return and make a replacement for it if the product is damaged upon arrival. We make it mandatory for you to make a video recording while you opening the delivery package you’ve received sent by us. This will ensure us the safe / damaged delivery of the product.
In-case the product comes out to be a damaged one then you’re obligated to inform us within 72 hours of the acceptance of the delivery along with the video recording of the opening of the product you’ve received. Make sure the video should be uncut and unedited otherwise it will be counted as forged and / or morphed video which will disqualify you for the replacement of the product. Upon proper satisfaction by our quality check staff about video of damaged product which you’ve received in delivery; you will be counted eligible for the replacement of the product and you will be communicated by us duly.
